In Concert: Freddy & The Scabies Sisters

Freddy and the Scabies Sisters is a crossdressing bluegrass formation from Amsterdam. With their brightly colored flower dresses and cheerful-sounding – but lyrically destructive – songs, wherever they play, they leave the audience with a feeling that is somewhere between joy and confusion. Songs about alcoholism, drug addiction and killing your wife; all with a bluegrass soundtrack!
In February last year their first EP The Bastard Bottle was released and they are working hard on their debut album Amsterdam Sober.
